Registration Information
    Every accepted paper must have at least ONE registration. Thanks for your cooperation.
    We also welcome people who don't have a paper but are interested in our research topics. Please find the registration information here.

1. Registration fee includes
    Publication of one accepted paper in the main conference or workshop proceedings.
    One volume of the printed proceedings.
    Access to all conference sessions and workshops.
    Lunch, reception, banquet, 2 coffee breaks per day.
    Program brochure and souvenir.
2. Registration fees
    The deadline for the registration is Sep.22, 2008. Please note that if your payment is not received by that date, the paper will be removed from the main conference or workshop proceedings.

3. Note

(1)   If you register for the main conference, for example, your paper is 127, please use the conference name as "EUC08", then fill in "127" as the paper ID on the registration form. Any incorrect use will lead to the registration failure. You can find your paper ID from the webpage http://epcc.sjtu.edu.cn/euc2008/accepted.html).

If you register for workshops, you are not sure about the workshop names and paper IDs, please refer to this page ( http://epcc.sjtu.edu.cn/euc2008/accepted.html) for all workshop names and corresponding accepted IDs to be used in the registration form. For example, you find your paper ID at EUV08 accepted list as 112, please use the conference name as "EUV08", then fill in "112" as the paper ID on the registration form. Any incorrect use will lead to the registration failure.

(2)   Please avoid using ' in the fields of the registration form, since it has been pre-defined as a system symbol. It will lead the registration failure.

(3)   For the registration for IEEE (student) member, the IEEE member ID must be included in the registration form.

(4)   For the registration for IEEE student member and student non-member, the first author must be a student,unless another non-student registration is done for the same paper.

(5)   For the registration for student, please send the scanned proof of current student status (e.g., current student ID card or other proof of current enrollment) to euc08@cs.sjtu.edu.cn or yao.shen@gmail.com. Please note that both current IEEE membership and student status will be verified.

4. Payment Method
    For RMB, you can use bank transfer. For USD, you can use Bank Transfer or Credit Card via Paypal.

  • Bank Transfer (for both USD and RMB):
    You can use bank transfer for both RMB and USD. The author must pay an extra bank fee for processing the bank transfer. Therefore, please make sure that the net amount that is transferred to the bank account is no less than the required registration fee.
