Organizing committee has contacted related SCI journal, International Journal of Parallel Programming and SCIE journal, Tsinghua Science and Technology, in order to publish top ranked, reviewed papers from NPC'2019 submissions. All the conference paper submissions will go through the EasyChair submission system, with paper length and requirement of the IJPP journal or Tsinghua SCI Technology. The submissions will undergo a rigorous review process in order to select the highest quality original work. The top ranked papers will be selected for publication in the journal, International Journal of Parallel Programming (SCI indexed) or Tsinghua Science and Technology, and authors will be asked to revise the papers according to review comments. Furthermore, authors with paper accepted for publication in the IJPP journal or Tsinghua SCI Technologywill present their work in the "Best papers" sessions. Other accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings by LNCS. All the workshop accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceedings by LNCS.
